We design, engineer, permit and install motorized louvered structures across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Our own crews do the installing, and the engineering and permitting are handled in-house.
Who we are
We build the whole outdoor space, roof included.
StruXure South Florida is an independently owned exclusive distributor in the StruXure national dealer network, operated by Absolute Outdoor Living, LLC. We've been building motorized louvered pergolas, cabanas and screen systems for homes and businesses here for a decade.
Everything we install is engineered aluminum, manufactured in the United States, and designed for this climate specifically. Hurricane-rated structures, powder-coated finishes that don't chalk in the salt air, and drainage designed for the kind of rain that arrives in fifteen minutes.
Four StruXure National Dealer of the Year awards (2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020) and Platinum dealer status came out of a decade of doing this here.
What we build
Six roof systems on the same aluminum frame.
Which one you end up with depends on the span, the roofline and how much of the sky you want to keep.
Adjustable louvers
The flagship. Louvers rotate for light and airflow, and close tight against rain at the touch of a remote.
Longer spans
The same adjustable roof built for wider openings, with drainage capacity for considerably more rainwater.
Solid roof
Fixed insulated panels for permanent rain cover and deeper shade. No motors, no moving parts.
Open to the sky
Panels slide and stack to one side. Fully open when you want the sky back, fully covered when you don't.
Freestanding
Roof, columns, walls and finishes designed as one piece. A room in the yard rather than a cover over the patio.
Motorized enclosure
Insect and privacy screens that drop from the frame and disappear into it. Turns any structure into a room.
How we work
Design outlives the price.
You stop thinking about what a StruXure cost about a month after it goes up. You look at it every day for twenty years.
Design first
We start with how you actually use the space, then work out what fits the roofline and the setbacks. Not the other way around.
Depth
Ten years of edge cases, odd rooflines and difficult municipalities sit behind every job.
Our own crews
Certified installers on staff, not a rotating subcontractor. The same team from the first site visit through final inspection.
Built to last
Engineered aluminum, powder-coated and US-manufactured. Rinse it down occasionally. That's the maintenance.
What we handle
The parts nobody wants to deal with are ours.
Design consultation
On site, measured, and drawn against your actual property before you commit to anything.
Engineering & permits
Sealed drawings, HOA submittals and municipal permitting are run in-house. You don't chase a building department.
Installation
Our certified crews build it, with one point of contact from the first visit through final inspection.
Coordination
Electrical, pool decking, landscaping, screens. We sequence the other trades so nobody waits on anybody.
Commercial
Restaurants, clubs, stadiums and rooftops.
A large share of what we build is commercial, where a covered seat is revenue and a rained-out patio is not. Our crews work around operating hours, phased openings and general contractor schedules.
