Calvin Gray brings more than four decades of experience in sales management and marketing, with a strong focus on the home improvement industry. His background includes extensive work with home improvement products, including owning and operating a replacement window company. For the past decade, Calvin has been committed to developing the StruXure brand as a foundation of luxury outdoor living. He currently serves in dual roles as CEO of StruXure South Florida and Director of Business Development for StruXure. Calvin holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati. He has been married for 16 years, has three children, and currently resides in Parkland, Florida.

Xavier Bernard
Xavier Bernard brings a background in growth strategy, sales operations, and technology-driven systems to the luxury outdoor living space. With experience across real estate, finance, and interior design, he focuses on building clear, efficient processes that support long-term growth and strong client relationships. Xavier helps support demand generation, sales alignment, and brand positioning, working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver our premium, hurricane-rated pergola solutions for residential and commercial environments across South Florida.

Scott is the leading StruXure consultant in South Florida with over 10 years of experience designing and selling state-of-the-art outdoor comfort solutions. With a background in hospitality spanning a decade as a Food & Beverage Director for multiple Hilton resort properties, Scott brings a refined, guest-experience-driven approach to every project. His combined expertise in luxury hospitality and premium outdoor structures ensures exceptional design, performance, and client satisfaction.

Ian Dozier is the Warehouse Manager at StruXure South Florida, responsible for inventory management, logistics, and ensuring all materials and components are organized and ready for timely project deployments. With strong operational expertise, he maintains efficiency in the warehouse to support seamless installations of premium, hurricane-rated pergolas and cabanas. Ian’s focus on accuracy and preparedness helps the team deliver high-quality outdoor solutions without delays, contributing to StruXure’s reputation for reliability across South Florida.
Matt D'Auria
Matt is a Senior Electrician and Electrical Project Manager at Struxure South Florida with experience in commercial, residential, and utility electrical work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and electrical certifications from Palm Beach State College and the ABC Institute. Prior to Struxure, Matt worked on commercial and residential projects and performed contract work for Florida Power & Light (FPL). In his current role, he manages and supervises all electrical work in the field, remains hands-on to ensure NEC compliance, and supports electrical plans, permitting, and inspections. He works closely with clients to ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds expectations for safety and quality.

His career is rooted in working with respected home builders including Noble Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Engel Homes, and Transeastern Homes. Since joining StruXure in June 2024, Robert has led complex projects involving engineering coordination, permitting, scheduling, and installation execution.
