Why louvered
Most of the year, shade is the only thing standing between you and your own patio.
A fixed cover solves the sun and traps the heat. An umbrella moves in the wind. Wood needs sealing every couple of years and still loses to the humidity.
A louvered roof is adjustable. Open the louvers in the morning for light and airflow, angle them at midday to cut the heat, close them when the afternoon storm rolls through, and stay where you are. Powder-coated aluminum, no sealing, no repainting, no seasonal maintenance.

The systems
Four roofs, one engineered frame.
You choose how much of the sky you want to keep.
Adjustable louvers
The flagship. Louvers rotate up to 170° so you set the light and airflow from a remote, and close them tight when it rains.
Longer spans
Same adjustable roof, built for wider openings, with drainage capacity for significantly more rainwater than the standard louver.
Open to the sky
Panels slide and stack to one side. Fully open when you want the sky back, fully covered when you don't.
Solid roof
Fixed insulated panels for permanent rain cover and deeper shade. No motors, no moving parts, the same aluminum frame.
One structure, three rooms
Add motorized screens and the pergola changes what it is.
Screens drop from the frame at the touch of a button. Open roof when the weather is perfect. Solid cover when it isn't. Screened room when the mosquitoes arrive or the wind comes off the water.

Cornice, corbel ends and column wraps to match the architecture of the house rather than fight it.
Remote & app control
Handheld remote, wall switch or phone. Rain sensors close the roof whether or not you're home.
Attached or freestanding
Tied into the house, cantilevered off a wall, set over the pool, or standing on its own in the yard.
Finishes
Powder-coated, colour-matched, and available in combination: one finish on the frame, another on the louvers.

Straight answers.
Does a louvered roof actually keep the rain out?
Closed, the louvers seal against each other and channel water into the beams and down through the columns. You stay dry underneath. A rain sensor can close the roof on its own if you're not home.
Do you handle the permit and the HOA?
Yes. Engineering, sealed drawings, HOA architectural submittal and the municipal permit are all handled in-house. Timelines vary by municipality, and we'll tell you what to expect for yours at the consultation.
Can it attach to my house, or does it have to stand alone?
Either. Attached, cantilevered off a wall, over a pool deck, or freestanding in the yard. The design consultation is where we work out which fits your roofline and setbacks.
What maintenance does it need?
Rinse it down. The aluminum is powder-coated, so there's no sealing, staining or repainting, and no seasonal work. Motors and sensors are serviceable if anything ever needs attention.
What does a project cost?
It depends on span, mounting, roof type and options, so we won't quote a number sight unseen. We give you firm pricing at the design consultation, and financing is available if you'd rather spread it out.
How long does the whole thing take?
Design and engineering, then permitting, then install. Permitting is the variable and it's municipality-dependent. Installation itself is usually measured in days, not weeks.
Do you install outside Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade?
Those three counties are our service area. Ask us about anything nearby and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
Who actually builds it?
Our own certified installation crews, not a rotating subcontractor. Electrical and any other trade work is coordinated by us and sequenced around the build.
