Every Pergola X model shares the same engineered aluminum frame. The roof is what you choose, and it comes down to how much control the space needs.
The standard louvered roof. Louvers rotate up to 170° so you set sun, shade and airflow by the hour.

Commercial pricing depends on span, structure count, roof type, site access and what gets integrated (screens, lighting, fans, electrical). We price against your actual footprint after the site walk rather than a published range, and we quote the full scope including engineering and permitting.
Design and engineering run first, then permitting, then installation. Permitting is the variable, and it is driven by your municipality. We give you a schedule with real dates after the drawings are sealed.
Yes. Sealed engineering, submittals, corrections and inspections are ours. Commercial jobs in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach each have their own requirements, and we run those daily.
Every structure is engineered to the wind loads required for its specific site and permitted on that basis, including high-velocity hurricane zone requirements where they apply. The frame is powder-coated aluminum, so salt air and UV do not degrade it the way wood or steel degrade.
In most cases, yes. We plan the install window around your service hours and stage the work so the affected section is the only part of the property out of use.
Custom powder-coat colors are available on the frame and louvers, along with wood-look finishes. Bring your color standard to the design meeting and we will spec to it.
Rinse the frame and louvers, keep debris out of the gutters, and have the motors and hardware checked periodically. There is nothing to stain, seal or repaint.
Regularly. We provide specs, CAD details and sealed drawings for the project set, and coordinate directly with the GC on schedule and site conditions.
