A StruXure Pergola That Works for You

StruXure is the No.1 industry-leading modern pergola manufacturer for a reason. With technology that allows you to open, close, pivot, or slide your pergola’s louvers with just the touch of a button or from your phone, you can adjust your outdoor space until it’s just right. Another smart perk that comes with our louvered roof pergolas is a rain sensor. At the first hint of rain drops, the sensor immediately activates the louvers to shut. This ensures that you’ll never have to worry about your outdoor living area getting wet or damaging items that were accidentally left outside.

Outdoor Living Built for Pinecrest’s Tree-Canopy Estates

Pinecrest’s wide, tree-lined lots and larger estate homes give homeowners room to build out a real outdoor living space — a shaded lounge by the pool, a covered dining area, or an outdoor kitchen that stays usable through Miami-Dade’s hot, humid summers and sudden afternoon storms. A motorized louvered pergola adjusts to both: open the slats for full sun and airflow, or close them at the push of a button when a storm moves in. Our rain sensor closes the roof automatically even when you’re not home, so patio furniture and outdoor kitchens stay protected.

Miami-Dade Wind Codes, Permits & the Motorized Hurricane-Screen Advantage

Pinecrest sits within Miami-Dade County’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ), which means pergolas and cabanas must be engineered and permitted under Miami-Dade’s stricter product-approval (NOA) standards — among the toughest wind codes in the country. StruXure South Florida handles the structural engineering, Miami-Dade NOA documentation, permitting, and licensed installation as one all-inclusive price. For homeowners who want to use their outdoor space year-round, we also install motorized hurricane screens that add wind and debris protection without permanently enclosing the space. See our full pergola cost breakdown for what’s typically included.
